High Performance Sports Coach
Craig is a well decorated experienced sports coach including being a high-end snowboard coach and mountain bike instructor. Couple this with his Sport and Exercise Science Degree and Personal Training Certifications, Craig is the ideal trainer for sports performance athletes.
Craig will work with his clients to create fun and interesting fitness plans to help you achieve your health and performance goals. He enjoys blending functional training with sport specific movements to mimic maneuvers in the gym to your sporting needs. His creative approach makes training fun which in turn gets results both in and out of the gym.
In the summer months Craig can be found on the trails whether it’s biking or trail running and during the winter anywhere sliding sideways down the mountain. He enjoys sharing his sporting and fitness passions with enthusiasm, vast knowledge and experience.
