Amy is committed to creating individualized, effective, efficient exercise plans that will improve your function in and out of the gym. She believes in creating exercise plans that allow you to find success in achieving your health and fitness goals and create long lasting health behaviours to fit into your daily life.  Amy will work with her clients to create enjoyable physical activity and fitness plans that will allow you to tackle your everyday activities with vitality and endless energy.  


Amy has worked in a community exercise setting and offers experience in exercise action planning, goal setting, exercise rehabilitation (cardiac, pulmonary and cancer), individualized exercise prescription , group fitness and yoga. Amy is passionate about snowboarding, yoga, biking, hiking, running and all things active.  Her greatest joy is watching her family enjoy life in Sun Peaks and take in all our mountain life has to offer.
