Class description
A scaled down mix of our conditioning and lift and move classes. Our one hour Alpine Lite classes are designed to promote functional movement, improved flexibility, and increased bone density for those who don’t plan on slowing down for retirement.
A health screening questionnaire is required as a prerequisite before joining the Alpine Lite program.
Drop ins are welcome subject to availability.
