The Train With Purpose Program is for youth who want more direction and consistency in their training. It provides a structured and coached environment where participants can train regularly, build strength, and improve overall fitness with a clear sense of purpose.
Whether involved in sport or simply looking to improve general strength and confidence, this group focuses on developing good training habits, maintaining consistency, and progressing through a well-structured program.
