Class description

The Train To Perform Program is designed for individuals who are committed to progressing their training and improving physical performance. It follows a structured and progressive approach, focusing on strength development, movement quality, and the physical demands of sport and performance.

Participants train with a higher level of intent, developing the strength, control, and resilience required to support performance both in and out of sport. The program also builds the habits and understanding needed to transition into more advanced training over time.

Because summer travel, camps, and time away are a normal part of the season, Youth Performance Program participants also receive a FREE month of gym access after the coached program and a FREE 10-session winter punch card to help them stay connected to training beyond the coached portion of the program.
