Class description
The Learn To Train Program is designed for young individuals who are new to the gym and looking to build confidence in a structured and supportive environment. The focus is on learning how to move well, developing coordination, and understanding the fundamentals of strength training through proper technique.
Sessions are fully coached, giving participants guidance and consistency as they begin their training journey. Over time, they develop the confidence and habits needed to feel comfortable in the gym and continue progressing.
