Class description
Prepare your body for mountain bike season with this 8 class (4 week) yoga series designed to build mobility, stability, and strength where riders need it most. Each class focuses on a different area of the body—such as hips, core, shoulders, and feet (balance)—and why it matters for performance and injury prevention on the bike.
Classes combine yoga asana (poses) with functional strength work using dumbbells, mini bands, and other simple equipment.
Open to all abilities, and both bikers and non-bikers. Expect a supportive but challenging 45 minute class to help you move better, build strength, and reset after your day.
