Studies have shown that physical activity improves muscle memory and brain function. Our youth classes are specifically designed for growing bodies and busy minds. We know how stressful it can be to be a preteen/teenager. Your kids will come out of each class feeling more energized and focused, which will not only improve their mental well being but their overall performance on the mountain and in the classroom.
